What age do I need to be to play?
Our juniors age from 4 years (Tball) up to 14 years old. Our seniors range from 15 years old right up to players in the 50's and 60's playing in our B grade competiton.
What equipment do we need to start?
Clubs have equipment available for you to use, however ideally you will want at least your own baseball glove and a good pair of boots/shoes. Contact us for more information regarding how to choose the right glove.
When are games played?
Games are played on Sunday at Jabiru Park in Condon. Juniors start from 8am and run until 9.30am. B Grade Starts from 8am and runs through to A grade in the afternoon.
When is your season?
Baseball Townsville's season kicks off for seniors with Preseason in late February-early March, with the junior season running from late March- early April with both seasons ending before start of September school holidays. Juniors also pause for school holidays in June.
